A native of the Arcachon Basin, Romane Louise draws all of her inspiration quite simply from nature. After a journey through schools of Visual Communication and Art, she quickly found her niche in illustration, and very recently, in painting. Now based in Biarritz, we find, just as in her early days, a strong influence from the seaside and the forest, but this time in paintings on canvas. Armed with new mediums such as linocut, India ink pens, and oil paint, Romane Louise shares with us a new universe, centered on women as always, but more mature, more melancholic, and at times, more modest.
